The first time I called looking for a particular essential oil they researched and went looking for it. They kept in touch when they found it but at a too high cost. Since then I have bought their oils and am happy with the quality. Today I talked to them and I was informed they found the oil, they researched it and they are happy with it and will be selling it . Thank you for going the extra steps that I did not have access to finding.
