Great product, quick and efficient shipping but I wish they had tracking!

We do have tracking but it’s user error at the time of creating shipping label, by default email notification is turned off in the shipping software, if the checkbox is not selected it doesn’t send the tracking information to the customer. We’ve turned on the setting to send by default so users don’t make errors at the time of shipping. The issue resulted in use of new shipping label software and we are still trying to learn how to use it effectively 🙂
