Our Perfumer’s diluent has been formulated specifically for crafters and allows you to create high quality perfume blends without having to worry about HAZMAT fees. The perfume base works well with most fragrance oils and some essential oils. Some essential oils may naturally contain moisture and occasional clouding may occur due to insolubility.

Perfumer’s diluent is not suitable for hand sanitizers and expected percentages create Eau de Toilette (15%-18%), Eau de Parfum (19%-22%), and perfume (23%-28%). The maximum fragrance load to be used with this diluent is 30%.
