Description: Phenolic screw cap with PP polycone liner. This lid is well suited for for chemicals, solvents, essential oils and fragrance oils. This cap comes with a polycone liner, a built-in polypropylene (PP) natural-colored conical-shaped liner that provides a tight seal. This lid is made of phenolic, an industrial grade, highly rigid, plastic with a good resistance to solvents and high temperatures. This closure fits a container with 2-400 and 22-400 neck finish glass and plastic bottles.
PP Polypropylene has very good resistance to fatigue and has an extremely high melting point. (320 degrees Fahrenheit or 160 degrees Celsius)
Neck size: 20-400 phenolic screw cap PP polycone liner (for 1 and 2 oz bottles having 20-400 and 20-410 neck size); 22-400 phenolic screw cap PP polycone liner (typically for 4 oz bottles with 22-400 neck, it’ll not fit 24-400 or 24-410 neck size bottles)
