We are so sorry to hear that you were unable to enjoy the smell of the Cedarwood Virginiana you received. After upon receiving the return we did an inspection of the product and it still had a strong cedar odor that matches it’s scent profile. We are unsure as to why you were unable to smell the odor but we are very sorry that you were not able to detect the odor yourself to enjoy. We hope you enjoy your next essential oil purchase from us.

Great aroma. Lighter in color than what I am used to, but is totally fine for my applications.
